Turkey
is one of the favorite holiday destinations of English
speaking Europeans.
This season, more than 1.5 million guests visited the
Turkish Riviera.

The hospitality of the Turkish people is well known all over
the world. It might seem a little strange that everyone
offers tea, coffee and cigarettes
when you visit a shop but
in Turkey this is a must as it shows good manners, even if
you don´t
buy anything in their shop. When you are
travelling from Istanbul to Afyon at 02.00 a.m. and
stop at
a petrol station, they will invite you to have some coffee
with them so that you will not
get too tired on your
journey. People here are really interested in foreigners.
You will get used to
it after living here for a long period
of time.
Most of the people who are thinking of buying properties in
Turkey, also want to use their
properties for retirement
purposes. The cost of living is still very low and is only
about 30 per
cent of what you would spend in Great Britain.
Water costs for an apartment is about 2 GBP a month,
electricity is approximately 12 GBP a month…
Leather,high quality clothes, shoes and jewellery are
extremely cheap. Electronics are sometimes not even half of
the price you would pay in Europe, car mechanic charges are
about 5 GBP for an hours work.
You will be amazed at the low cost of living in Turkey...

No. 2 worldwide in
cotton production), lots of renewals and
investments are still to come. This country´s history is
tremendous, rich and very interesting. It has been a
settlement for many civilizations since 7500BC.

The "Pearl
of the Mediterranean"
When
the climate has a positive effect on the human body, it is
also good for your soul; the sun renews our strength. The
mild sea and
climate constantly revives you and allows you
to have a good night sleep. During any season of the year,
you will end your stay with a
healthy tan. You will
experience nature in ever-changing new ways and you will
always see blossom ;the season lasts all year long.
Whether
it is orange blossom, bougainvillea or oleander. October
sees the start of orange picking on the nearby orange
plantation. This
lasts until May-June and whilst the last
fruit is being plucked from the trees, these same trees will
be covering
themselves in new blossom.

The large popular resort center of Alanya lies at one end of
a rocky promontory which juts out into the Mediterranean
between two long sandy beaches. The 13 th century Seljuk
fortress- one of the most magnificent sights on the coast
crowns the headland. About 150 towers punctuate the walls of
the well- preserved, double walled citadel. Within the outer
walls are ruins of mosques, a caravanserai and a covered
bazaar; in the inner walls are a ruined cistern and a
Byzantine church.
Although Alanyas history dates back to Roman times, it rose
to prominence under the Seljuks, when in 1220, Alaeddin
Keykubat made it
his winter residence and naval base. The
surviving buildings reflect the importance of the city in
Seljuk times.
Visit
the impressive 14th century fortress which sits high above
Alanya. Within its walls are quaint houses, mosques and a
Byzantine
church decorated with frescoes. There are twisting
narrow alleyways tempting shoppers with their colourful
boutiques and stalls of cheese-
cloth dresses, carpets,
copper and jewellery. As well as its cultural and historical
sights, Alanya has an unbeatable beach life too. Beautiful
sandy Cleopatra beach lies to the west of the resort while
the fine sands of Alanya beach stretch to the east. A good
range of water
sports are available too.
The nightlife is easy-going and relaxing with wide choices
of night-spots located at the edge of town. Take your pick
from lively bars to
late-night discos for real night-owls.
Alanya is truly a holiday makers paradise. With superb
scenery, historical sights, a relaxed beach life
and a
lively nightlife, its easy to see why Alanya is so idyllic.

Alanya is a beautiful holiday centre of modern hotels and
motels, numerous
fish restaurants and cafes and bars. The
cafes that ring the harbour have
become popular gathering
places for tourists. From the town´s lovely park,
the road
runs along the coast to the harbour, lined with countless
boutiques
that tempt tourists with handicrafts, leather,
clothes, jewellery, handbags and
the amusing painted gourds,
a symbol of the area. In August, when Alanya
hosts a
colourful International Folklore Festival the atmosphere is
charged with
vitality and gaiety. If you enjoy exploring,
you should visit the Damlatas Cave
to see the eerie
misshapen rock formations.
Nearby is the Archaeology and Ethnography Museum. A boat can
take you to
the three sea grottoes: Fosforlu Magara with its
phosphorescent rocks, the
Kizlar Magarasi, where pirates
imprisoned their female captives, and the Asiklar
Magarasi.
When the intense sun overpowers you, take a day trip to the
Dim
Cayi Valley.
If you travel east from Alanya towards Gazipasa you will
discover and no doubt Linger on the exceptional beaches. 30
km east of Alanya,
Aytap, the historical harbour city
Lotape, is a great excursion site, with Roman ruins,
secluded beaches and bays.
Also Cyprus is worth a small trip, the ferry trip to Girne
takes about 3 hrs. If you like to gamble, there are several
Casinos on the northern
part of the island. The taxi-drivers
know the way.

Grown-ups 60 $, Children 7-12 years 30 $, Kids up to 6 years
are free.
Departure in Alanya on Monday, Wednesday and friday at 12:00
a.m.

Buying
a property for holidays, longer periods over the winter or
as a retirement
home is an investment for the future
As a german lead, certified company we are there for you 365

Buying a property is very easy here, safe and risk-free, if
you know and respect the law.
The buyer receives a Tapu (
Land deed ) signed out by the official Tapu-Office, a
member
of the municipality. The land register is administrated by
the Tapu-Office, here
the name of the owner will be changed
in the register on buying the property. For this
you need
your ID, 4 Passport-Photographs, and the name of your father
(turkish habit).
A certified translator must be present who
will tell you exactly what is going on.
In case of inheritance the Turkish authorities accept an
official testament made in your
home country. Other wise the
Turkish Erbfolge will be based. The Tapu is not to be
received
by “friends”, lawyers or notars. The only way to
get it is at the Tapu-Office !
Restrictions
Since July 3rd 2003 foreigners are also permitted to buy
properties in villages
Outside of tourist areas, special orders of the central
abministration must be obeyed.
Within restricted military areas foreigners are still not
abel to buy Turkish properties.
Registration into Tapu (Land Register)
The buyer authorizes the Sales Agent to organize water
connection, electricity and phone
line for the property, and
to do all necessary authority applications.
Application at the land register for the permit to buy
For
this you must have:
2 Photographs
2 Copies of your ID
Your address in your home country and the name
of your father
Your tax-number (which we will get for you)
The selling person needs
1 Photograph
2 Copies of his ID
Address of company or owner
Tax-Number
The
certified translator will then explain to you, where the property is located
and about its special characteristics. (Villa, Apt on
the 4th floor etc..)
Then you get the original Tapu in your hands. If you wish, it can be
translated in English, we have a translator
in the company.
All unique costs you find on the list below. Another important point is the
protocol of delivery. In there you find all the work that is
still to be done by
us.
The monthly costs of your property can be paid by us on behalf of you, if you
wish, we can help you to open a bank account.
